IMPORTANT: Albemarle County Tax Assessments for 2010 are out as of Feb 1st.... Check Here to see the new numbers for your home. This is significant if you are selling your home. Buyers look at these numbers closely. Keep in mind that you can challenge these numbers with the county if you think they are incorrect.
