This is one of those mornings where I can take a little breather. You see yesterday was back to back to back meetings dealing with Charlottesville Real Estate. The Spring Market has begun and it feels like it took longer than ever. Maybe I am feeling my age?
Looking out my office window I can see we are starting to cloud up a little and they are calling for possible rain with a high of 70 degrees. Yes 70 degrees!
I will be off to one appointment in Western Albemarle today and playing catchup on paperwork.

Forest Lakes is located in Albemarle County near Charlottesville, VA. It is conveniently located off US Route 29, just five minutes from the Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport and extremely close to NGIC Real Estate and DIA.

What is Crozet or should I say who is Crozet?
The community of Crozet began as a whistle stop on the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad in 1876 that was established at the request of the Miller Manual Labor School (the Miller School), which had been founded a year earlier. It was named for Colonel B. Claudius Crozet (1789-1864), a French born civil engineer and artillery officer under Napoleon who is best remembered as the chief engineer for the seventeen mile long railroad tunnel through the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Since its inception, it has functioned as a distinct settlement with a unique history of agriculture, small business enterprises, and a dynamic civic spirit. Crozet was selected for the first Master Plan by the Board of Supervisors in October 2001, based on the community's strong interest and high level of development activity. The Crozet Master Plan was completed in 2004, and implementation is underway.Â
Upon completion of the master plan, the Board appointed 15 citizens to the Crozet Community Advisory Council, an advisory committee that provides assistance to County staff and the Board of Supervisors on civic/community issues related to implementation of the Crozet Master Plan.

same time? (two masters so to speak) As a Buyers Agent, my fee is paid at

Located about 25 minutes from Charlottesville, Lake Monticello certainly has a
lot of offer. The beautiful main lake may be used for boating activities, including fishing and water
skiing. There are five beaches for member use along the main lake shoreline, all with picnic facilities, and two with
public restrooms. Three beaches have boat docks for temporary use, and one of the three has boat rental spaces
available. Tufton Lake (Fishing Pond) is available for fishing only. Lake Monticello’s
year-round, semi-private, 6,925-yard course features championship, men’s, seniors’ and ladies’ tees and offers
state-of-the-art electric golf cars. Walking is permitted. Swimming, Tennis, Basketball and a grand clubhouse are also
available to residents.
